Improving your fitness is our goal. Whether it's for first 5k, your next marathon, playing in the park, or building your dream house. We incorporate the skills, strength, and the methodology of CrossFit, to make your mind and body stronger. The CrossFit Open, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Games are always advancing, and we have to as well. Whether your looking to complete in the next local fitness contest, just need more time to work on skills, or just want to do a little extra from your normal class, we have you covered!
Our programming includes Olympic lifting like the snatch, clean and jerk, powerlifting like bench press, squats, and deadlifts, and gymnastics such as pull-ups, chest to bar pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, muscle-ups, push-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, handstand holds, and many more. These movements take time to master, they will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically.

Short on time, limited equipment, and space? “The Dog House” program is for you!
With this program all you will need is a dumbbell, and the 30 minutes. Now you can workout anywhere, like you living room, hotel gym, apartment gym, or even outside! The workouts are 20-30 minutes long and are made to move and use your body. You can do this program by itself or add it to your current program as metabolic conditioning.
